HTCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that operates on a budget comprised of membership dues and grants. Our membership dues are used primarily to support a part-time Executive Director, with grant funds supporting our program activities.

For 2017, approximately 50% of our revenues were from membership dues, and 50% from grants.

For 2017, 89% of our expenses were for programs, and 11% for general administration.
